COST OF CLASS: FREE*
I offer this class, as a community service, free of charge to benefit South Orange County community groups serving victims of rape, domestic violence, bigotry (especially racial); South OC school teachers who care about kids (to protect your career, class attendance is confidential); any Ladera Ranch neighborhood group; any Ladera Ranch civic group; and any Ladera Ranch church, synagogue, or related group. I am happy to provide this class free of charge if your group can fill it and provide a suitable place to meet for a few hours (usually 5 or 6 hours). Provision of this training is a non-legal ancillary service of David R. Duringer. It is not necessary to be a legal client in order to sign up for the class. No legal services or legal advice will be provided in connection with this course. *This offer is subject to my availability to donate time for this free class. This class differs from my regular onsite class in that: (1) it is free of charge; (2) your community group provides at least ten interested students; (3) your community group makes all arrangements for a suitable meeting location, somewhere in South Orange County. [If the group is unable to arrange a location, we may be able to hold it at my office, but I would have to charge something to cover expense for the conference room.] |

Application, if completed, will be notarized free of charge immediately after class. Student must submit application and other required materials ($65.25 app fee, fingerprints, photo, copy of driver license) directly to Utah. Minimum age 21 and must pass background check.
